Product Safety Policy

Our policy in Craigmore and Pascoe’s tea factories is to ensure safety and quality of the made tea delivered to the customer and consumers, extends to all activities from the supply of Green leaf and packing materials, as also, each stage of the tea manufacturing process, subsequent storage, packing and distribution. 

To maintain this policy we will:

  • Establish and maintain standards and procedures for quality control and monitor all operations that present potential product safety hazards.
  • Ensure that adequate qualified human resources are available and all employees at every level and function are aware of their responsibilities for product safety and are appropriately trained, motivated and involved
  • Establish procedures to enable recall any suspect product from the market place
  • Ensure that we check our product for prevention of food adulteration, toxicological, microbiological and chemical contamination regularly.
